I have recently fallen in a new love relationship with @kayla_itsines on Instagram!
It is seriously the best ass kickin workout I have ever done before and I like that I don't have to work out for hours to get results on my body! SO heres the deal you have to workout on the daily but you only do her program every other day if that makes sense ... Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays her plan, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays your own kick ass plan... MY plan is a 30 min walk hahaha and thats all you need to DO!
Her workouts seriously are amazing I am amazed by how quickly I have seen the results for only doing them for a short few weeks and I feel great! Not to mention from my previous post about my anxiety this really really helps it releases those endorphins that we need released on the daily! I could literally rant and rave about this fitness program all day but the only way you will figure out if it truly works is by trying it! Sooo try it !!!
Black Bean Brownie Recipe
ok I know this sounds like such a sick nasty recipe but I promise these things actually taste way good!
I promise if you try them you will love them especially for a healthier treat ! It keeps me away from all the donuts and all the other crap I would like to be eating !

Ingredients
+ 1 Can of black beans, rinsed and drained
+ 3 eggs
+ 3 table spoons coconut oil
+ 1/4 cup cocoa powder
+ 1 pinch of salt
+ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
+ 3/4 cup honey
+ 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x8 square baking dish.
2. Combine the black beans, eggs, oil, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla extract, sugar in a blender; blend until smooth; pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top of the mixture .
3. Bake in the preheated oven until the top is dry and the edges start to pull away from the sides of the pan, about 30 minutes.
