Work it out


Today I would like to talk about fitness. I work out almost everyday. I am not saying this is easy. Its hard as shit lets be honest. To get out of your warm,comfy bed in the morning, to walk out into the freezing cold and your shaking your whole way to the gym because your car dosn't have time to heat up is NOT ideal and let me repeat is NOT ideal! (I live in Utah thats why its so dang cold) 

I do work out to keep my body tone and healthy. All girls ... well me at least, we always have an image in our head what we would like our body to look like. Im not to that ideal image in my head yet but I'm pretty dang close and let me tell you why. Women come in all sorts of shapes and sizes. Fat, tall, skinny, short, anorexic or plane average. It all depends on your body type. ME: I'm a small tiny girl with a little body and a BIG ass! Its all about getting your own body type where it needs to be. Unfortunately we all are not privileged to look like the Victoria Secret models but we can defiantly be sexy in our own body.

If you wanna be sexy and comfortable in your own skin here are a few tips:
  • BE CONFIDENT IN YOUR SELF!!!
  • Work out at least once a day (dosn't have to be for hours)
  • Eat good foods and bad foods in moderation
  • Drink at least a gallon of water a day
  • Where cloths that fit your body type well 

Its not easy to do these things sometimes but face the truth no one is going to do it for you! Do what makes you motivated! I have an app on my phone from the workout clothing line "Lorna Jane". I suggest you guys to download this adorable app for some reason it keeps me motivated. It has goals that the app expects you to reach and when you reach the goal you get a cute little pink badge! For example today I got a badge for completing ten runs! It's just fun and exciting to see my progress and how far iv gotten in only a month. What motivates and drives you to achieve your goals?
