Still the Chief Water Giver

This is Cody and I the day after he lost his job. Seriously one of the most emotional days we have ever had together! Don't mind our puffy eyes in this photo. This wasn't just loosing a regular job for my husband this was his baby. I don't know if you guys are aware of the company called People Water? Cody was the founder of People Water. I met him last year in October so I have been with the company for about a year now knowing all the dirt that was going on. A lot of good was happening and there was a lot of bad that kept on happening. I saw all the ins and outs with this company and i'm not just saying this because its my husband but he really was always there always doing what was right for the company, working the hardest and not to mention doing all of the water trips. Cody would go to other countries to bring the people in need of clean water. He knows how to repair and fix broken wells. Some people would walk miles and miles just to get clean water and when the wells were broke the people had basically nothing to keep themselves living if they didn't have a working water pump. It was such a rewarding job for him and it humbled him and has humbled myself and many people that learn of him doing this work. My husband never graduated from high school and has made it for himself he has done above and beyond with his life. People always told him he couldn't do this and would get no where in life. Sucks that their wrong he has changed so many peoples lives for the better not only changed but has saved people lives. Just because he got fired from his own company doesn't mean anything he still strives to do good for the world and just because of this little set back he isn't going to go backwards he is only going  to go forward with his and our lives. He's an amazing person and has one of the biggest hearts I know. Constantly giving of himself to even his own personal belongings nothing matters that much he says. He would and has given the shirt of his back to many he doesn't even know. I love this man so much and couldn't be prouder of the man that I have married. He is still the Chief Water Giver and will always be.

  1. Hey!

I'm a journalism student a UVU and have been assigned to write a story about the recent people water campaign. I really want to talk to you or your husband to see what happened. It won't be published anywhere, it's just for a final grade. If you would be willing that would be great. Thank you!

  2. I have never met you or Cody, but I follow you both on Instagram and the day he was fired from people water my heart broke. It made me have bitter feelings toward that company because I can tell that you two are truly good people! I'm sure it was a blessing in disguise and everything will turn out for the better! :)

Sidenote: Your skin/makeup looks flawless! You should do a post about your face makeup routine because I am so clueless about that kind of stuff!!
